Day 1 done, without too much fuss.Foood good and exercise ok, 2 miles on treadmill and another 1.5 on the road.
Day 2 started. food side is fine, getting my lazy bum into gear for exercise is another matter. Anyway managed to force myself into 1/2 hour on treadmill doing a high elevation run walk, for just over 2 miles. Hopefully I will run to meet hubby tonight and get another 3 miles in. Depends on what the mojo does in the mean time.
