Well, I started my diet today. I will be cheating if I say I am new to dieting. I have been on and off diets many many times. This time I want to succeed, so I need to record everything I eat and do and make it public. Here we go...
Day 1 3 cups unsweetened green tea 1 protein shake (100 Cal) 1 cup tomato juice (60 Cal) 3 cups kefir with 1 Tbsp flax meal each (3x112 Cal + 3x30 Cal) 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread (2x80 Cal) 3 cups of water. Total: 746 Cal
I went to the gym and did 24 min of cardio on a treadmill incline 10, speed 3.5 mph. I burned 310 Cal and decided to take it easy today. I feel alright, not really hungry. I found a 20 day diet plan and modified it to my needs. The first 2 days are detoxifying, so you dont eat much, they followed by 2 protein days and then 2 vegan days and then you start over. I want to stick to that paln for at least 20 days and see the results. Wish me luck!!!
