Hello everybody!!!
I have been very busy with work these last couple of days and just wanted to check in...
My diet's still going great...not cheating...haven't been getting my exercise in really.
I didn't walk on Monday but I did walk last night...and plan to walk tonight, Thursday, Sat, and Sun, since I missed Monday.
I also messed up on my other challenge, drinking only water for 2 weeks. I caved yesterday for 2 diet pepsi's...I had a terrible headache and water didn't sound too hot with my mexican food. =(
However, I am drinking only water today and I'm going to do this!!!
Can't wait to weigh in on Sunday!!!
I watched the biggest loser last night (i recorded it on my dvr) and got inspired all over again.
I know that I can do this and I'm NOT giving up.
I booked my flights and paid the deposit for my 7 day Disney World vacay Dec 31- Jan7...and I'm so excited...I know I'll have energy to walk all over the parks and not get all sweaty and tired and have to take a break every 5 min...
And I'll look GREAT in the pics and not be ashamed to have them all over my house!!!!
I'm in a very good mood, busy working, so let me get back...
