I am hanging in here. Just trying to wait it out. I have been in NYC since Monday and I have tried my best to eat healthy (snacking on fruits) and not eating all the junk food I want (pizza, Chinese food, fattening frappucinos, etc).

I have been walking a lot. at least 10 blocks each day (not sure how many miles it is) and that's in high heals!

I should be back home tomorrow. I plan to get right back to my healthy eating and exercise
