I have lost a pound. Doesn't seem like much but when I got on the scale today it was exactly what I needed. I need to get back involved on this site. I did better when I was logging both food and exercise every day and posting journals regularly. This site really helps me keep accountable. I have to do better. I don't have to write a book for my journals, just a little bit. I am making more of an effort to log my exercise. It's just a few minutes a day - well, let's get serious and say it's like 30 minutes a day for me usually. Still, I get great benefit out of it. I have lost as much as 2 pounds in these last few weeks but I eat poorly and then it's up 2 pounds again. I need to get in the groove again.
