@febriana : minyak nya aku pake dr garlic in oil (dr youtube chef willgoz) doang. Langsung masukin rawit sama sarden nya. Sama pake totole 1/2 sdm. Abis bingung udh lama ga diet, jadi ya seadanya aja 😅
