I'm really not losing weight, but am happy that I am going up and down in the same small range. I'm also close enough to goal that I can be patient. With all that is going on, it is good to maintain weight, and I am happy that I continue to exercise well. In addition to my weight training walks with my husband, and dog walks, I've discovered that cleaning house can really be a work out too. I've also taken this time to increase meditation time, which I really need to combat the stress of this changed life. For those of you who read this, be kind to yourself. You are strong, you are where you need to be.
