大概每人情况不同,我每样食物热量都很低,所以量很大,真的撑,而且每天体重轻一点是最大的开心,完全不抑郁,增加每餐吃饭的仪式感也是乐趣。

基础代谢1400是算你一天都不动来计算,但我们一天肯定要走路,运动等等,所以可以先食1200, 如果锻炼冲充,可以1400都没有问题。 不要以为食得少就一定瘦,因为吃的太少身体会自动储存脂肪,你的代谢也会再减低。 所以一定要锻炼
