Not bad. Yesterday I weighed in at 278.4 (although the .4 isnt showing up on here?) and today down to 275.4. I know its water, but still. I'm on my way!
I ate really well yesterday but I'm going to have to get some more fruit. It goes quick!
I also want to try to drink a bit more water. I had a litre of water yesterday but my bottle is 1.5 Litres. I want to finish at least one bottle a day.

add tiny drop of sugar free squash/cordial to yr water, just a small drop, its easier to digest and have a glass by the sink and drink a glass as you do chores, etc You be suprise at how much extra water you will drink, and you drink more from a glass than you do from abottle. 3 lb is a great loss, anything is better than being up. I actually drink more from a bottle, especially if I am at work. It's 18.5oz and I drink 3+ during a work day. I think it depends on the person. Almost anything else to drink I prefer a glass. The bottle I think lets me keep track better and I think that is why I drink more water from it, but then again I love water and have since I was little. I am luckier than most in this respect.

I have a 12 ounce glass at work that I fill up and drink all day long. Then at home I live on sugar free Kool-Aid. I know it's not the healthiest thing in the world, but it is better than diet soda. I haven't had anything to drink except 1% milk, water, and sugar free Kool-Aid for the past month!
