Fun fact- I just finished a shitty 30 minute home lifting session and then I said- I haven't seen my friend Mike on in awhile. I'm gonna jump on FS and check in on him and ta-da- there you are. How crazy is that? That was y first workout in about 5 days. I am down to about 2-3 a week and they are sad when they happen. :( One day, my friend- we will be back at it! 💪🏼👍🏼🤸🏼♀️

Haha that’s funny 😂. I have an app that pesters me. it guilt trips me by posting an alert on my phone that keeps track of how many days I have gone without working out. I saw it say 3 days today and I was like hell no!! 😂 but I agree my workouts aren’t as satisfying as they used to be. I’m interested in seeing what changes are going to be made in the gyms when they reopen. I hope they don’t reduce the amount of equipment to create separation between people but we shall see.
