Jessica, for me the secret was truthful logging. People still ridicule me for that and tell me to just eat healthy and perfect and be perfect... Anyways, being true and recognizing and accepting my shortcomings (I'm not perfect) helped me achieve the loss and be graceful to myself when hiccups occur. 🙂 And the community here is very helpful at times of doubt. Love my FS crew 🤗
