Today has been good.Nice session down the gym and am full up but well under my calories which I hope makes up for the bad days recently.
Cous cous I have decided is my magic food.Low on calories and keeps me mega full but oh my word I didn't need THAT much cous cous.It is like spaghetti, you can so miss judge how much you cook.hehe.Still it went down well.Forgot to weigh in this morning.May do it tomorrow if I remember or may just leave it till next Sunday.

Would love some cous cous recipes if you want to throw them my way. :) My magic food is vegetables and fruit. I love vegetables and I try to portion my foods with the majority of the plate vegetables and 4-6 oz (at the most) of meat. Keeps me full for a long time (as does fruit). Ohh..and air popped popcorn.. LOVE..33 calories for 1 cup of popped popcorn.

I bought a packet of cous cous the the other week but haven't got round to cooking it yet - can you post a recipe please? Also, MinaNew - good to know about the pop corn.

Yummm nice, popcorn!!! Yes, I shall pop up a couscous recipe or two on wednesday when I have more time to do it.
