Resep: Dada ayam 100 sd 120gr, Putih Telur 1btr, Oat 3sdm. Sambel + tomat (kalo ga suka skip aja) + bawang putih (fresh or bubuk). Garam + lada + penyedap (sy pake kaldu jamur) Oat di blender sampai halus, atau diuleg sampai butiran nya pecah semua. Tambah sedikit bawang putih bubuk + penyedap. Putih Telur + garam + penyedap, dikocok sampai rata. Celupkan ayam ke putih Telur, lalu gulingkan di oat tadi. Ulangi sampai tertutup rata. Wajib pakai wajan anti lengket ya goreng nya, pakai minyak 1sdm aja. Goreng sampai oat nya golden brown. Agak gosong di bbrp bagian gpp.

Sambel nya biasa, Saya pake tomat 1/2 + cabe 6-8 pcs. Plus bawang putih, kalo fresh uleg sekalian. Kalo pake bubuk nanti aja. Masukkan sambel ke gorengan ayam lapis oat yg sdh kering, dibalik pelan2 supaya kulit oat nya ga rontok. Tambahin bawang putih bubuk kalo td ga pake bawang fresh. Masak sampai sambal kering. Angkat. Potong2 ayam nya, kalo mau digeprek gpp juga tapi kulit nya bakal lepas2. Sisa telur digoreng sekalian di wajan bekas ayam + sambel tadi. Topping sambel nya diatas ayam & telur. Enjoy ☺️

Resep tadi itu total sekitar 280kkal (tanpa nasi) ya... Hemat kalori dibandingkan regular geprek yg 400-500kkal (tanpa nasi)
