Petit déjeuné tardif... 😉🌺 Pain se seigle, saumon, avocat, tomates, salade de fruits frais, papaye, kiwi jaune, fraise, myrtilles et chia et Gomasio... Combien de calories? 400 approx (un peu à l’œil au mètre 😝)
