I think my weight had been artificially high with water weight...or I just lost a bunch of water weight...but those are the honest scale numbers....now off to the gym I go. 40 min on the elliptical then some abs and stretching!

Yesterday's workout was three rounds of intervals of 50 seconds "on" as hard as possible 10 seconds rest of the following:
1. spiderman pushups (knee up to elbow while descending into the pushup)
2. Wide squat with clean into overhead press of a dumbbell then knee to elbow alt sides.
3. butterfly on swiss ball
4. swiss ball ab tuck
5. tricep extension
6. skaters
7. reverse push up with equalizer
8. weighted russian twist (abs)
24 min total.
