@athirazahra : tinggi badan ku 159cm kak, aku selama ini ikutin workout2 gitu di youtube. Terus aku gabungin sm cardio dan sepedaan. Sehari minimal aku olhraga nya 30 menitan kak. Tp klo lg ga ada waktu, aku sempetin aja. Biarpun hanya 10 ato 15 menit. Dan jangan lupa jaga pola makan nya 🤗
