Thank you. It’s homemade, so not exactly with measured amounts I’m afraid! Mince is seasoned & fried with Dunn’s river all purpose seasoning, chopped garlic, chopped onion & a dash of ketchup. Add chopped carrots (I cut these myself) peas and sweetcorn, then I use bisto gravy and the water from boiling the tenderstem broccoli and let it all simmer a while before transferring to the oven dish. Add the mash & top with cheddar...enjoy 😄
