I was pleasantly surprised to see a loss this week. I didn't stick to my diet plan well. Went to an amusement park and ate what they had to offer. I do have a weakness for funnel cakes. And the holiday I didn't count calories at all. Even had a few beers. Although, I did still hit the gym twice during the week. I hope to lose more this week sticking to the diet and living at the gym.
