anxious at work ... tired when I get home. why can't people just stay feet away ? not seeing my 93 year old dad for 2 months is the worst thing. I know he is safe in quarantine. this week will have my first Skype with him. I know eating extra doesn't change anything I feel. old habits for self soothing hard to overcome in these very challenging times.
