Pocino Beef Pastrami, Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese, Kraft Light Thousand Island Reduced Fat Dressing,Boar's Head sauerkraut, some dijon mustard, and one slice of rye bread (cut in half for a half sandwich).
