@salmahhh ak ikutin workout di aplikasi dan challenge ny Chloe Ting rajin jogging tiap pagi 1-2jam, workout ny 30-40 menit per hari,makan dibawah BMR makan nasi sehari 1x lain ny mkn tanpa nasi dan terakhir mkn jm 7 malm,minum lemon tiap pagi
