Weight was the same as yesterday, I have not been to the loo for 2 days though, better have some psyllium husks! Plus I had 2/3 packet of pork crackles yesterday, they were quite salty, I was thirsty all day, I did try to drink lots, but think I might be retaining water due to the high salt. Today I will try to drink more water, hopefully tomorrow will see a drop in weight!
