I ate nearly perfect this week, but today I had a cheat meal.
My wife is from Colombia, so I made Colombian style hot dogs today. They are NOT low cal.
In the past, I would serve them with potato chips and plow through two or three. But today, I made a fruit salad and garden salad. So even though I had a cheat meal, it wasn’t as bad as I would normally make it.
I call that a win!!!
