As I'm working out this morning and bemoaning the loss of social exercise establishment, something occurred to me:
I could take a week off from the gym and start right back up when I returned... however, if I skip ONE DAY at home, my body's like, "Uh uh, cupcake - your pushups get cut in half now!"
*slaps face* "C'mon! Snap out of it, kid. Stop sniveling and accept it! Jeez! It's gone, okay? It's GONE!" 😭
