Mau tanya, disini ada yang ga rutin ngisi brp calori yg dimakan gitu? Asli kadang bingung gimana ngisinya soalnya kan lauk pauk yg masak mama. Paling beda nasinya aja. Jd hampir jarang ngituingin calori yg masuk gitu. Trs bingung ini udh cukup atau berlebih gitu -_-
