Ini aku ikutin resep dari william gozali, cek aja d youtube guys terong balado. Semua proses gorengnya aku ganti jadi rebus, kalau butuh minyak aku lake maksimal 30ml, sisanya bumbunya aku kurang2in dari resep yang ada.
