wow am i sore today yesterday exercise and the day before my body is letting me now maybe i pushed to hard. so now i am going to do beach body Monday Wednesday Friday and i am going to walk Tuesday Thursday Saturday. hope fully that will give my body some time to adjust. i guess even with all the work i did to get out of the wheelchair my body is not ready to exerciser so much everyday on top of cleaning and keeping my house running. i Finley have all my stuff to weigh and measure everything so i will be starting that tomorrow and see how it goes. with this food crap going on in the word dieting is going to be harder then ever because it going to be for a while eat what you can when you can get it. so this should be fun trying to change my life in the middle of all the shit that is happening in the world.

Your body can take a couple days to recover from unaccustomed exercise.

If you are getting dizzy still while you exercise you should keep an eye on your blood pressure as well as your sugar levels. Of course I would inquire with a doctor to be certain and they may want to do bloodwork. Just simply going for walks is probably a good way to start your exercise regimen! drink lots of water as well 😃

My daughter and sister are CNA’s. Thank you for what you do ♥️ it is a very hard job done by those with big hearts♥️ I know how injuries feel and they can be life long. I promise you, if I can do this, so can you♥️🙌♥️💜💚

Right now I’m in a challenge and I cannot do 2 of the new leg raises. I improvise and do all the things I can do🤗☺️🙌 If you can do the hard wit of being a CNA ( God bless you!!♥️) then be patient with yourself and you can do this 💯

I had a trainer for quite a while before retirement. If you are doing weight training it ALWAYS HURTS. If you feel worse tomorrow then you really over did it. Excellent comments too!!!
