I was hoping to drop some weight this week, but at least I didn't gain, I did eat way more this weekend so I suppose it's to be expected. I didn't put it on overnight so I can't think it will come off overnight either.Hopefully I am gaining muscle from working out and next weigh in will be better. I'm not ready to give up yet.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
