I made it through another day without snarfing everything down I can get my hands on. That is a non scale victory for me because I am having a craving day. Now that I am aware of this happening from time to time I am going to stop it. Tonight for dinner I am having a fresh salad with some cottage cheese and some chicken. It is going to be big, because I need a lot of chewing to satisfy my cravings. One of my biggest problems is that I eat too fast and gobble my food.
