havn't done so well this week, I hate being ill!! It makes it so damn tough. And sicne I cannot exercise, if I don't stay on top of the carbs, I will be back to losing 1lb a month :(
well, maybe weighing in tomorrow will give me more perspective...

Hope you feel better. You may want to read up on "induction flu" it happens to a lot of people because of the detox from carbs. I'm not saying this is what is happening, but it is very common and some people don't think of it. Good luck!
