I found the pumpkin custard recipe!!

Pumpkin custard

1 large egg
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 packet (or 1/2 teaspoon) of Splenda
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

beat it all together in a custard cup/ramekin and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to cool a little before you enjoy!
