I woke up feeling bloated. I believe that's the cause of weight gain today. I had a long night - didn't go to sleep until 3:30am this morning and then woke up at 7:00am. I still walked for 30 minutes even though I was extremely tired. Hopefully, I'll get some rest tonight..... Have a good evening! :-)
