got some good news today! I have been cleared to go back to work! it's been a long 4 months and I cannot wait to start tomorrow! On light/modified duties but I can work! I miss my patients so much and I can't wait to get back to feeling normal. Intermittent fasting seems to be working even though I'm still eating pretty high cal. so I'll need to work on that in the next little bit.
