Ok, so today I gained my first calorie counting buddy - hpmc. Then along came two more.Fantastic to have people to chat to and bounce off to keep the momentum going.Also nice to share ideas and results.
Really wanted to get a gym session in as I do when off work and the weekend days (so, 3 days a week) as I have grown to love it, very weird I know but yes it is true.However, the 24 hour open gym was closed today and will be tomorrow till teatime too-maintenance and redecoration works.
Felt sleepy today so didn't really put in any other effort exercise wise either (was going to have a run) but come Sat I shall be doing what I normally do and it WILL pay off.
Just made my pack up for work tomorrow so I will just enter that into the diet calendar now along with my lavender tea I am drinking before I go to bed tonight.
