Well Day 1 of induction.. I have to say its rather hard to maintain only 20-25 g of carbs per day. I love to eat, and i guess I will start buying a lot of veggies... And meats... I just saw how much fat I have eaten today and it kinda bothers me. But I will give it a month or so to fully see how I like it. :D
