I am felling much better. I woke up early today and went to the Gym for my chisel class. I love the feeling of lifting weights and feeling my muscle stretch!

For the rest of the day I'll concentrate on eating healthy. I had my first try with the exercise journal and I realized that I really don't do that much exercised. I mean, I sleep, I work and I go to the gym for one hour, but besides that, the remaining hours go to resting, although I do not feel rested! I am also studying for my CPA exam, but I don't know how to include that on my exercise journal. Oh well!

Tomorrow will be a cardio day.I still don't know if I should run on the treadmill or just use the elliptical machine. Running can be tough at times, and I get bored easily. That's why I like classes better.

The more I do my challenges the more I try to organize my schedule. For example, I think I'll stick with weight lifting for Tuesdays and Thursdays, Cardio for Monday/Sunday and Wednesdays and Pilates/Yoga for Friday. I really like this combination. Plus I get to choose if I want Monday or Sunday off.
