Breakfast! Lentil scramble, got to get that protein early :)

1533 kcal Fat: 51.58g | Prot: 76.87g | Carbs: 198.46g.   Breakfast:  Red Tomatoes (Cooked) , Yellow Onions (Sauteed), Lentils (Sprouted, without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking),  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch:  Tomatoes,  Hummus ,  Avocados ,  White Rice,  Lean or Extra Lean Minced Beef Meatballs. Dinner:  Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) ,  Cucumber (with Peel) , All Gold Tomato & Onion Mix, Iwisa Braaipap,  Pork Loin (Whole, Cooked, Roasted) . Snacks/Other:  Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Icing) , SPAR Rice Cakes, Bakers Boudoir, Pepsi Max,  Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese. more...
