I have been so busy with school and work. As soon as school released for the summer, my work suddenly became 45 hours a week. Its been ridiculous to try and maintain this schedule. I haven't been dieting, only eating when I can, and generally fast food. I continue gaining weight, even though I stand around 8 hours a day. Such as last night, I ate at FasTaco. It was delicious, but horribly bad for me. My fiance just went on the Atkins diet and I don't particularly like changing that much for a diet, since he is in the induction phase. Its rough, because I love food. And I don't like the word DIET.... I am contemplating a lower everything change in what I eat, but I don't really know where to start.
