I have not weighed on two weeks and of course I was thrilled then to be 1 pound under my goal. Since then, I have not exercised consistently, or been as vigilant on my nutrition, and it showed today on the scale. I gained 4 pounds in two weeks.
I am determined NOT to let this happen again.
Like so many in quarantine, I am under a lot of stress working from home and limed on funds to buy my usual nutritional supplements. I have been working extra hours sewing for medical people on the front lines and not taking time to exercise and eat well. My deadline to get these surgical caps and masks done is tonight, so I am pretty determined to start a new day of personal goals.
On the nutritional front I did sprout some wonderful greens :D .
