I could be a little bit depressed... I know I've lost weight, but it's not enough... I feel fat all the time lately. Well actually what happened... We were at a birthday party, and I felt like I looked really good.. Then I saw the pictures, and it's like OMG thats what people see... I have skimped on my exercise but I can still beat my step kids in a foot race!! Which I am proud of... I may look on the Tv ondemands to see if theres any fun workouts I can do...

Any ideas for my workouts that I can do from home? My arms really bug me...

And any ideas for how to look how I feel in pictures?? I'm convinced I'm a thin girl trapped in a fat persons body.. I've always carried my weight proportionally.. So I never really felt that big even if the number was big.. If I didn't love food so much I'd have an eating disorder... Maybe I do?

I was thinking, this could even be because I don't have any clothes that fit me properly.. My old clothes are baggy and don't fit right, and my old old skinny clothes are just a little too tight so I get that belly thing that sticks out when your pants are too tight... So maybe all I need is a shopping excursion... Now to convince the hubby... :) I'm happy all of a sudden...

Jenn- It is amazing how dedicated you are to getting healthy and how motivating you have been to others! Don't let the scale get you down. I have found that picking up a few new items everyone month or so has helped me to feel better by not having the old baggy clothes. One thing I have done with this total life style change is to donate all my old clothes as they became too large. And I mean everything. My closet now consist of one suit, one dress, 5 dress slacks, one skirt and some tops to rotate through the week for work. I haven't been spending a lot of money but enough to have something to wear. It is awesome to have clothes that fit and have people make comments. I think you need to indulge yourself a little and get rid of the "too large now" clothes. I figure that if I don't have clothes for the feeling a little big today I just can't go back there:-) Stay with it!

For your arms, get some 5lb. hand weights & do exercises with them 2 or 3 days a week. I really noticed that this made a difference in my arms! I actually have some definition now! Still some hanging skin that I hate, but they are looking better! I try to do 2 sets of 15 reps at a time. Google arm exercises with weights & you will find many, many variations! Keep your chin up, girl! You are making a lifestyle change that your "thin girl" will thank you for! ;)

I agree with both ladies, you are making a change and it will get you to the "thin girl" you want to be if you stick with it, you're almost 30 lbs down since you started, that's amazing! Keep your chin up Jenn and I hope right now you are out buying lots of cute smaller clothes! (O:
