ohya?makasih lho udah ksh pendapat nya:) itu lat ny work out tiap hari -jumping.j -plank -fore arm plank -burpees -in&out -lunges -squat -sit up -push up -leg raises+dr apk jg+lat buat kecilin lengan dr utube ad tiap hri,klo bdan cape,aku rest pling lama 2 hri,brp lama?bsk pas bgd 2 bln kak soalny aku tulis di notes hp biar tau dan ga males"an
