Not picture-worthy in the to-go boxes, but last night's dinner was from our favorite upscale Italian place.
Why do I bring this up now? Because the chicken piccata, cannelloni with smoked mozzarella, almost a full pound of fettuccini alfredo with pesto, and a large tiramisu mousse (mmmm soooo good!)... it all totaled 2100 calories and I ate it all right before bed at 10pm.
I woke up at early (even though the alcohol in the tiramisu knocked me out hard) and only added 1/2 pound??
Not much activity yesterday, so no idea why the gain was so small, but I'll take it!
Lots to do today, so increasing the calories a little more! 🤘🏻
