I actually started on June 2 as 185, so this is a good 8 pound loss. I'm celebrating and doing well. Walking every day. No sugar No wheat for three weeks equals no cravings. I'm trying to eat something good for me every three or four hours. I feel amazing.

I started my vegan diet on May 29th, so could really just say month of June. It's the 19th, so my challenge goes to July 19th.

Well, I did walk in the morning before but I didn't walk morning and night 2 miles.
