Ini super gampang bikinnya..
Bahan:
Pisang 4-5 buah uk.kecil/sedang yg sy pake
telur 2 butir.
Oatmeal 4-5sendok (dihalusin pake food processor, jadi tepung kasar).
minyak kelapa 3-4 sendok
Baking Powder 1 sendok
Bubuk kayu manis 1 sendok
OPSI: Gula Semut 1 saset (yg biasa buat kopi)
Caranya: campur semua bahan smp jadi adonan sambil dicek teksturnya, klo kurang lembek ksh dikit minya kelapa lg, klo terlalu cair/lembek tambahin oatmeal. Jd dikira2 aj. Lalu masukin ke loyang yg udh dioles minyak atau pake alas kertas roti krn bakalan agak lengket. Di oven 25 menit dg suhu 160 °c sambil dicek kalau ditusuk pake garpu udah kalis artinya udh mateng.. selamat mencoba...:)
