brp lama berproses sampai segitu bang?

setahun bang 6 bulan pertma diet sm kardio sy bang defisit kalori sehari kalori masuk sy 1000-1200 bang 6bln berikutnya sy trus gym selama 6 bulan pengencangan otot nya.. dan sdh ideal berat sy skrg.. tinggal ngurangi lemak dlm tubuh aja skrg krn yg bgs itu 15-16% lemak nya..tp skrg sy sdh 16.6

ada timbangan komplit yg ngasih info metabolisme tubuh trus lemak dalam tubuh..air dlm tubuh..itu dg timbangan ka sy biasanya...
