Well my fibromyalgia is acting up. I've been having hot flashes and bloating from all the veggies I've been eating.

It's very frustrating. I'm doing the weight watchers program and I love keeping track of everything. I'm just having a hard time somedays meeting my points. I feel full and I'm not even to 20 pts.
Plus there are certain foods that trigger my fibromyalgia in a painful way so I don't eat them. I want to stay with this and meet my goals.

I want to start walking more soon. I know my dog will love it.
