So....maintained after eating almost 1800 calories yesterday 😀 FS tells me I can maintain at 2000 calories but I'm trying to stay under that. In fact I'm still set at weight loss mode. After I hit 1500 calories I'm in the red so I know it's time to put on the breaks. I am eating mindfully....watching my portion sizes & choosing lots of healthy food predominantly.
Getting outside in my gardens didn't hurt, I'm sure 😊 I raked leaves & debris out of a large bed planted with vinca, daylillies & hostas. The perennials are just starting to poke thru so wanted to clean it up. I also edged a couple of the foundation gardens & pulled out stray bits of grass & weeds. Then I had to rake & clean up.It felt good to be outside.
Hubby & I watched 1917 on DVD after, then we & the dogs had our walk.
Today is cloudy, but it's supposed to be dry and actually partly sunny. Not sure what I want to accomplish today.
