Hi. Haven't journaled in a while. May was a busy month. But had to come brag a bit since I am finally of one of my longest plateaus EVER..... felt like I was never gonna get below 42 off & I had moments of doubt about making it to my initial goal of 60 off. But got on the scale this morning & was amazed to see I lost 2 more pounds and am now 44 down! And in fact, my birthday & wedding anniversary were both in May 10 days apart plus I had family visiting from SoCal for s graduation. So even with celebratory eating, I didn't GAIN, which was very good.
