I hate this isolation! Well, who am I kidding. I love it! LOL It's the closed gyms that I can't stand. 7 meals a day and only half the activity I'm used to is driving me nuts. muscles tightening and mobility decreasing. yeah, it's my own fault because I can be exercising and stretching at home but why? my couch is so much more comfy! 😁
