I'm doing 10-12 reps of a series of exercises to hit each body part and then repeating. No rest in between. Yes- pretty sucky and definitely not enjoying even 1/4 as much as the gym. Going for a walk/run, too. I think it'll get better. I just have to get into it. Having my gym playlist helps. It's just gonna have to do for now.
